We have used Southern for many years to service our heat pump. Most recently, Alan McGee and his crew replaced our unit. Just ahead of the winter storm in January (2025). our 4-ton unit quit. We called Alan first thing in the morning and, by the next afternoon, we were warm and toasty. And, Alan made a run through the following day. The service was superb. Alan worked deligently to have a unit shipped in and he and his crew were here the following day ,8:30 am. By 11:00 it was up and running.
The work was professional and expedient. Alan was thoughtful and seemed truly concerned. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Southern Heating and Air, and Alan.
